Refund policy

Return policy:
We have a 14-day return policy.If the CD case is damaged or if you receive a defective disc such as skipping, please contact us by email or phone within 14 days after receiving the product. We will take care of exchanges or refunds, etc.

To start a return, you can contact us at order@bridge-inc.net. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at order@bridge-inc.net.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at order@bridge-inc.net.

返品が承認された場合、荷物の送り方と送付先についての指示をお送りします。返品を依頼せずに返送された商品は受け付けられません。

返金:
返品を受け取り、検査した後、返金が承認されたかどうかをお知らせします。承認された場合、10 営業日以内に元の支払い方法で自動的に返金されます。銀行またはクレジットカード会社が返金を処理して投稿するまでにも時間がかかる場合があることにご注意ください。
返品が承認されてから 15 営業日以上経過している場合は、order@bridge-inc.net までご連絡ください。
